Reporting a wrong result

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. To make them quick to check, please include:

• the page address,
• exactly what you entered, including units (a screenshot is fine),
• the result you got and the result you expected, and
• for a rule change, a link to the carrier's or standard body's own page.

What we can't help with

We can't quote freight, book shipments, look up your NMFC item, dispute a carrier invoice for you or give customs advice. Your carrier, broker, forwarder or customs broker is the right contact for those.
